26. Amount shall be deposited:(1) The mountaineering expedition team
shall deposit the amount pursuant to Schedule-9 to the Ministry for the
garbage management before the briefing related to mountaineering
expedition pursuant to Sub-rule (5) of Rule 3.
(2) The amount as deposited pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall be
returned only after the submission of evidence of garbage management
as per these Rules.
